Acumatica SaaS Service Level Agreement

The Acumatica Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) is a policy governing the use of Acumatica SaaS under the terms of the Acumatica SaaS User Agreement (the ”Acumatica SaaS User Agreement“) between Acumatica Inc. (“Acumatica Inc.”, “us” or “we”) and users of Acumatica SaaS services (“you”). This SLA applies separately to each account using Acumatica. Acumatica reserves the right to change the terms of this SLA in accordance with the Acumatica SaaS User Agreement.
