The solution for managing and analyzing your shop floor!

Paperless - The BCT Manufacturing Intelligence System (MIS) allows you to communicate with your shop floor in paperless environment and to view and analyze you shop floor in real time.
Integration - The application allows the interfacing of time entries to Exact Labor Performance modules.
Analysis - The ability to view and analyze shop performance using easy drag and drop interface. Also, the ability to monitor your shop floor run rates and backlogs by work center.
Validation - On-line, real time data validation.
Streamlined Data entry - Employees, shop orders and operations can be selected by the first few characters or just by swiping a badge or barcode. If fact you scan a single barcode that contains both the shop order and operation.
Easy of deployment - The application is designed to work through your web browser, so there is no need to install software on any client workstation.
Direct and Indirect - Time can be associated with open Shop Orders and operations. Also, time can be associated with indirect labor codes.

Graphical Display

Shows the operator the planned and actual quantities and the planned and actual labor hours for all operation on the shop order.

Minimal transactions - The application assumes punch-outs by punching in on the next operation. This means the only time you need to punch out is at the end of the day.
Materials – You have the option to also available to record quantities complete, rejected and scrapped, reject reasons, reject locations and scrap reasons. The ability to control if quantity complete can be entered on a final count point.
Machines – The ability to record machine numbers and machine hours.
Review and/or approved - Supervisors have the ability to review and at option approve time for their department before it integrated into Labor Performance.
Analytics – The ability to analysis your production information in a Business Analytics view
Dashboard – Key performance indicators to monitor current shop performance in a real time dashboard

Flexibility – Ability to utilize up to five user-defined fields for any addition information.
Multi-language – The ability to override screen terminology based on the users language settings.
