Purpose

To allow you to convert a full year to a short year after you already have entered transaction in the new year in Macola ES

Benefit

Macola ES only allows you to establish a short year before you have entered any transaction in the short year, this program allows you to associate transactions with the proper periods after you have started entering transactions in the new year.

Ability To Redefine Periods

Change - Associate a period with a new period number and/or fiscal year
Delete - Remove a period from the period list
