Features - Change an unlimited number of A/P Terms code from one A/P Terms code to another A/P Terms code. 

• If you wish to change all your A/P Terms codes, there is not need to input the current A/P Terms list.  You can simply display the current A/P Terms list and input the new A/P Terms numbers.
   
• If you have a spreadsheet with the A/P Terms you wish to change, you can upload it to our cross reference table without having to input the A/P Terms numbers.
   
• The ability to combine multiple terms together.  We will combine records in the terms in the SyCdeFil table
   
• You may add additional tables to the mass change list of tables.

The following tables are updated:

• Accounts Payable (ApTrxFil, ApVenAdt, ApVenFil)
   
• Purchase Order (PoHdrAud, PoHdrHst, PoOrdHdr, PoPrpVen, PoRfqCtl)
   
• System Manager (SyCdeFil)
